Village Hall

Clopton Village Hall is an excellent venue for many activities. The hall is large, light and airy with doors leading directly from the main hall to outside grass playing field. The hall has a wooden floor suitable for dancing, a stage and a bar room (unstocked, unlicensed). Kitchen facilities, which include an electric oven, microwave and fridge are included in the hire price.  Also included are tables, chairs, crockery and cutlery hire for around 100 people. There are male, female and disabled toilet facilities. The hall is accessed from the outside car park by a ramp. There is easy access from the road and parking for around 30 cars.

Hall hire prices for social events :

Weekday: (between 9:00am and 5:00pm) £15:00 per hour

Weekends and evenings £20:00 per hour

Set up and clear up times must be included in your booking.

There is a reduction for Clopton residents.

We offer a Wedding Reception Special at £300, which includes: Friday afternoon (for preparation), all day Saturday, and Sunday morning (for clearing up).

 The hall is also available for regular hire for classes etc.

There is a £100:00 booking/damage deposit required, which will be refunded if the hall is left in a satisfactory condition. All damages must be paid for and will be deducted from the deposit amount.

There will be a £100 charge if a key is lost.
