Community History Project
A group of people met in January to hear Sheila and Tim Holmes talk about the Local History Project in Campsea Ashe. A brainstorming session followed and lots of possible areas of research in Clopton were listed. Several people have already started collecting information. The next meeting will be on Friday 22nd March at Thamaniya, Shop Road at 7.30pm. If you have any photos or newspaper cuttings, or anything relating to Clopton, we will copy them and return them immediately. Come to the next meeting--there is no obligation to do any research. We would love to hear any stories of Clopton in the past.
